BAR HIRE PACKAGES
Pay-as-you-go bar
Our most popular bar type- we bring a full bar experience for your guests who pay for their drinks as they go. Both cash or credit card payment facilities are available to suit your needs.
There is a charge for the licence if your venue requires this and a small set up fee to cover our travel and set up time at the venue. We provide all the kit including chillers, bottle fridges, glassware, and even a kitchen sink if you need it!
Drinks receptions
We work with event organisers to create drinks receptions and interventions for events, whether that’s a champagne toast, wine on the table at your do, or espresso martinis as a midnight treat, we can provide a full service including bartenders and glassware to deliver your idea! We provide tastings for weddings and special events at our Worcester HQ, or can visit your venue if required to select your favourite drinks. We have an extensive selection of glassware or can hire specialist glasses if needed.
Bar on account
For events where the organiser is treating its guests to an open bar, we will work with you to select a full bar experience or create a menu for your guests and bill you directly for part or all of the night, whichever suits your event.
venue partnerships
Contract bars
We have partnerships with a number of venues for contract bar hire. Maybe it’s a theatre season or an outdoor event, a wedding venue, gallery space or a pop-up retail space, we can provide licensing support and ongoing bar services on a semi-permanent or permanent basis.
We are proud to be the bar partners for Avoncroft Museum, providing party bars, wedding bars, games and lighting for all the events which take place in the venue.

Hire a bartender
If you are planning to stock your own bars for an experiential or sampling event, we can provide highly skilled bartenders and mixologists to take the lead on service so that you don’t have to! If you’re hosting a dinner party at home and you’re after cocktails made for your guests, or your hen party needs the perfect drinks reception, we can bring all the equipment and drinks or work with yours as you prefer.
Drinks masterclasses
Whether you’re looking to create the ultimate gin and tonics with perfect garnishes for your hen party or organise a full mixology course for your team, we can tailor a drinks masterclass that will blow your socks off!. We can also bring a selection of wines for wine tastings, or introduce experts in sherry, port or real ale, depending on your crowd and what they love to explore.

Gertrude the FIZZ ON THE RUN BIKE
What better than bubbles on tap, served from a vintage bike? Our talented build team have created a sparkling wine bike to give you bubbles on the move! Simply park it up in your reception or event space, indoors or outdoors and we can serve up to 150 glasses of sparkling wine from each barrel. We can even deliver Gertrude for you to serve yourself, or we can provide a bartender to look after your guests.
Philip the beer bike
Alongside Gertrude you can transform our vintage bike into a beer bar, serving up your favourite lager, cider, beer or craft ale. Perfect for spaces where there is a high footfall, receptions or adding interest to your outside reception, Phillip can serve 88 pints per barrel to your guests.
